YJ-ZLA Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine
The YJ-ZLA transformer oil regeneration unit is tailored for on-site use since it can completely regenerate insulating oil for both energized and de-energized transformers.
This regeneration system performs all standard purification tasks. These include removal of oil by degassing, oil drying, and all particulate removal. However, it also destroys the acids, silica, and heavy metals present. Most impressive, loss of colour is restored in the presence of the nanometre-activated regenerative oil restoration additives to any oil.
The device uses the following to accomplish the regenerative tasks specified: high vacuum dehydration, special degasification, high precision oil particulate detention methods, and the aforementioned nanometre additives. The oil is whitened and can be used as a replacement for burning oil, which can also be used for a transformer. The oil has a breakdown value of over 80 kV and a moisture content of under 3 ppm, thus healthy, over 3- complete oil in all colours with under 1 micron of any impurities.

Working Principle of Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine
- To start, the oil is dehydrated and heated under a vacuum.
- At the same time, the nanometre additive is heated to 200 °C to activate it.
- Once activated, the additive creates a special channel: hydrocarbon transformer oil molecular chains can smoothly pass through this channel, while heavy metals, macromolecular chains, and irregular molecular chains are blocked.
Through this principle, the oil can be separated from the heavy metals and reduced to below 1 ppm. After heavy metal removal, the oil goes through a two-stage, high-precision filter element, which removes oil impurities of 1 micron and larger.
This machine can reclaim oil and substantially lower the costs related to oil replacement. It is particularly suitable for large-scale transmission and transformation voltage systems, as well as for maintaining high-quality transformer oil in the national main transformer grid.
