YJ-SNC diesel desulfurization machine can remove sulfur to less than 10ppm, completely remove nitrogen from the oil, and deeply decolorize the oil. The oil contains catalytic cracking distillate diesel fuel, or the diesel from fractionation column, gas oil or pyrolysis oil. The output oil can reach Euro-VI standard that can be reused for vehicles directly.

To solve these problems, the YANGJIANG R&D team cooperate with the professors of Wuhan University develop this new desulfurization, denitrogenation, and decolorization technology, which can reduce the sulfur content from diesel to less than 10ppm. YANGJIANG develops the new desulfurization technology. The liquid additive is used to dissolve the positively charged solid substances in this technology to achieve their liquefaction. Liquefying agents have unique planar structure characteristics, which can disperse the positive charge of the solid material in the plane and so as to construct a positive charge structure that can interact with both types of electrons. As shown in right figure, the method showed excellent effect of removing benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) in oil.

6.With a 100% recovery rate, the final oil output is essentially split into two parts: light-colored, low-sulfur and low-nitrogen product oil and dark-colored sulfur-rich and nitrogen-rich oil, with negligible oil loss.

7.The sulfur can be reduced to less than 10ppm, which can meet the Euro VI standard and can be directly used for vehicles.

 The focus of technology is to separate the raw oil into low-sulfur diesel oil and sulfur-rich oil that can be distilled or extracted again. Exclusive chemical additive, which can be recovered and reused again and again. Low chemical consumption about 0.5%, the chemcial cost is about USD15 to recycle 1000Liters oil 100% No wastes generated from our technolog.

As shown in the following figure, the S-removal and the N-removal from crude oil to product oil can reach as high as 98-99%, and the color changes from the dark to the light as well. Apparently, the method shows the excellent performance of desulfurization, denitrogenation, and decolorization. Besides, the method has no oil loss. The crude oil can be devided into two parts: 1) product oil; (2) S- and N-rich oil. By YANGJIANG's Newest Technology, yield of product oil can amount to above 90%, and the S- and N-rich oil remained in the extractant phase can be also reclaimed.
