• Our YJ-TY Series Waste Oil Recycling Plant is to recycle used engine oil as the light yellow base oil, the color stand is formed 1-1.5.flash point is more than180℃. not only remove the water impurities, but also remove carbon, heavy metal, oxides as well as bad substance as colloid and bitumen, the recycled base oil we get from the machine is like SN150, SN300, SN350, SN500.
• This equipment adopts vacuum distillation technology, physicochemical actions to polymerize, passivate, absorb and eliminate impurities and harmful contamination. We research a new chemical alkaline complex catalyst, which can restore and regenerate the waste oil to clean oil, save the component of the oil.
• Vacuum distillation is a method of distillation whereby the pressure above the liquid mixture to be distilled is reduced to less than its vapor pressure (usually less than atmospheric pressure) causing evaporation of the most volatile liquid (those with the lowest boiling points). This distillation method works on the principle that boiling occurs when the vapor pressure of a liquid exceeds the ambient pressure.
• YJ-TY waste engine oil distillation machine is used to define different kinds of waste engine oil, transfomer oil, industrial lube oil, etc. to clean base oil. What's the base oil? 

The biggest part of a lubricant is composed of base oils while the remaining part is oil additives which help to protect your engine against wear and corrosion and keep it clean.70% of a lubricant is composed of base oils while the remaining 30% are oil additives which help to keep your engine cool, clean, and corrosion-free.

 

so the base oil from our machine, can be as lube oil for the lower engine, such as agriculture machines, tricycles, etc. you can add oil additives(like viscosity index improver, oxidation inhibitors, dispersants, anti-wear, etc.) to create hydraulic oil, gear oil or engine oil.

2. The warranty period is 12 months from the commissioning acceptance date.
