Features of sulfur content tester:

  • The instrument adopts a pulse ultraviolet fluorescence analysis method, which has a lower detection limit and higher detection accuracy. It can meet the requirements of national V and higher standard oil sulfur content detection.
  • The computer controls the whole process of analysis and data processing, and displays the working state of the whole process. The parameters and results can be saved or printed as needed. The software can save 5000 sample data, query historical data and playback graphics, which is convenient for comparative analysis.
  • The instrument adopts international popular circuits and imported components, which reduces noise and improves detection sensitivity.
  • Core components: the key components of the instrument, such as membrane dryer, filter, xenon lamp and photomultiplier tube, are imported from the United States, Japan and Europe, which ensures the quality of the instrument and the accuracy of the analysis results.
  • Adopt imported high-quality heating wire, the service life of cracking furnace is longer. Data processing software has the function of an automatic cut-off of over-temperature protection. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the software automatically realizes power-off protection to prevent burning out the electric furnace wire and burning pipe due to over-temperature.
  • Reaction chamber: The reaction chamber has a good anti-light leakage effect. Meanwhile, advanced technology of double anti-leakage (light and gas) mechanical processing is adopted to make the reaction chamber light-proof and air-proof, so that the detection sensitivity and repeatability are improved remarkably. The measured data results have reached the international advanced level.
  • The results show that the instrument has a fast analysis speed (3-4 min/sample), accurate and stable analysis, and the repeatability error is much better than that of SH/0689.
  • Single point calibration for standard sample inversion, high voltage can be adjusted arbitrarily, and standard curve need not be redone. 
  • Instrument calibration: The instrument is calibrated by imported standard samples from the United States and Japan to ensure the accuracy of the instrument measurement, so that the instrument can surpass the domestic similar products in trace measurement and accuracy.
  • Database management mode: open LIMS database management mode, convenient for database retrieval management.
