High-efficiency Heating Device

The high-efficiency heating device combines electromagnetic heating, infrared heating and heat conduction heating. The advanced heating device has an electromagnetic heating layer and infrared heating layer, both layers are set outside the metal layer of the heated object. the alternating magnetic field of the electromagnetic wave is used to heat the metal object, on the other hand, compound heating or heated objects in the metal layer is carried out by means of infrared thermal radiation and heat conduction produced by electromagnetic heating and infrared heating.

  • The High-efficiency heating device by YANGJIANG Machine Manufacturer combines existing electromagnetic heating, infrared heating and heat conduction heating, both the electromagnetic heating layer and infrared heating layer are set outside the metal layer of the heated object. 
  • On the one hand, the alternating magnetic field of the electromagnetic wave is used to heat the metal object, on the other hand, compound heating or heated objects in the metal layer is carried out by means of infrared thermal radiation and heat conduction produced by electromagnetic heating and infrared heating. It includes a metal layer and an electromagnetic heating layer. 
  • The electromagnetic heating layer is located outside the metal layer of the heated material, an infrared heating layer is arranged between the electromagnetic heating layer and the metal layer, and a far-infrared reflecting layer is arranged outside the infrared heating layer. 
  • In order to keep the energy and increase the heat conduction effect, an insulating material layer can be arranged between the electromagnetic heating layer and the metal layer, and a thermal insulation layer can be arranged in the inner or the outer layer of the insulating layer. 
  • The inner part of the heater tube adopts a spiral rifling structure, which can produce a high-speed eddy current so that to prevent coking in the inner part of the heater tube and improves heat exchange efficiency. The heat conversion rate is above 95%.

  • PLC integrated touch screen is integrated by human-machine interface (HMI), PLC host, input/output (IO) module and communication module. The touch screen is used as human-machine interactive media. 
  • The whole system includes power distribution, equipment control, parameter display, alarm chain, hand/automatic control switching modules. 
  • The temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the heating pipeline, infrared magnetic field, and inlet and outlet, and then the intelligent feedback control will regulate the heating power.

 

Advantages of the heating device:

  1. Simple structure, easy to install and maintain.
  2. Fast heating speed and high efficiency; the output temperature can be self-designed and easily modified.
  3. Wide temperature range, can be used in the environment of -40~450℃, long service life.
  4. The spiral rifled structure is adopted inside the heater tube, which produces a high-speed eddy current to prevent coking inside the heating tube, and the thermal conversion rate is up to 95%.
  5. The heater can realize intelligent fuzzy control. PLC is used to automatically collect the outlet temperature and regulate the power. Workers can operate the heater through the touch screen.
  6. Energy-saving, a layer of heat insulation material is wrapped on the outer surface of the pipe, which can greatly reduce heat loss, improve the utilization rate of heat energy, it can save 35~70% energy.
  7. Infrared electromagnetic compound heating, it can raise the temperature quickly, and improve production efficiency and increase output by more than 30%.

 

Research and development strength:

Our research and development team combines computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer simulation methods to design high-efficiency heating devices. The heating temperature and power are intelligently controlled by PLC technology. By analyzing the flow field and temperature inside the spiral rifled heating tube, we confirm that no coking in the high-speed vortex tube and the performance prediction results are obtained. The BOSCH thermal imaging instrument is used to check the working status of the heating element and the heating pipe. Finally, the correctness and reliability of the high-efficiency heating device under the designed working conditions are verified.
