How to Crack Used Motor Into Diesel Fuel?

• Oil can be used in many different products, and this is because of its composition of many different hydrocarbons of different sizes, which are individually useful in different ways due to their different properties. The purpose of a refinery is to separate and purify these different components. Most refinery products can be grouped into three classes: Light distillates (liquefied petroleum gas, naphtha, and gasoline), middle distillates (kerosene and diesel), and heavy distillates (fuel oil, lubricating oil, waxes, and tar). While all of these products are familiar to consumers, some of them may have gained fame under their refined forms.

Cracking is one of the principal ways in which used oil is converted into useful fuels such as motor gasoline, diesel fuel and home heating oil.
• Cracking breaks carbon-carbon bonds to turn heavier hydrocarbons into lighter ones. This can occur thermally (as occurs during the petroleum formation process beneath the earth) or through the action of a catalyst.

What kind of heating system is installed in YJ-DSL?

Customers can choose electricity, diesel, natural gas, even coal as heating materials. We design a special heating chamber for YJ-DSL, this is not directly heating, we adopt the hot gas to make a heating exchange with use oil, it can heat used oil to very high temperature within a shorter time than using a heating boiler, also can save the budget for purchase heating boiler.

 

How to deal with the residue?

The final residue is semi-solid and can be processed for manufacturing asphalt, or briquette for burn, or blend with oil to make off-speck heavy fuel oil or to make greases for slow-moving machines.

 

How to install YJ-DSL? (After-sale service)

We will dispatch engineers to Go to the customer's worksite to supervise installation and provide training about 20-40days. We also provide a turnkey project for customers. We will design the factory layout for the customer, help establish a workshop for customers including auxiliary facilities.

 

How long is the warranty period?

We warrant the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use service for a period of twelve (12) months after the start-up of the system.
