How our machine work

Yangjiang YJ-TY used lube oil regeneration system (vacuum distillation process ) which is able to recover good quality light and heavy base oils with a high regenerate rate more than 85% and low cost ,it has practically negligible pollutants for the environment.

Base oil production small distillation oil processing equipment is the most effective process for lube oil recycling , YJ-TY vacuum system is to refine waste oil in a batch process.Waste lube oil after pre-treatment ,will be pumped into a catalyst reactor we will add two kinds catalyst blend with oil and heat in a distillation kettle under vacuum. as the boiling point of different products are different,with the temperature in the kettle rises, various cuts are liberated and rise as vapors, to be condensed in a condenser. The condenser, along with the heating kettle, is maintained under vacuum by a vacuum pumping system. The condensed products are available as different products corresponding to various kettle temperatures .

1.What our YJ-TY series can do?

Our YJ-TY series can convert all used black industrial oil to yellow lube oil, like SN150,SN200,SN300,SN500,recycled lube oil can be used as hydraulic oil directly, can use back to gasoline engine ,diesel engine,motor after blending with additives.

2.What quality of lube oil we can get form the this machine?

The clean lube oil we get form the machine is yellowish, color stand is from 1-1.5.flash point is more than 200℃.

3.What is recover rate of our YJ-TY series?

Generally speaking we can get 80-85% lube oil, 5-7dieel and gasoline,6-8% residue and 1-1.5% water, we don`t change the component and quality of used oil, we just distill all them out.

4.Why the machine need work under vacuum condition?

Chongqing Top Quality No Pollution Black Car Used Oil to Yellow Base Oil recycling work under negative pressure, the boiling rage of the used oil is lower under high vacuum condition, we have strong vacuum unit, the highest vacuum degree is -0.1Mpa,this is ultimate vacuum.if without vacuum unit, the oil will crack when temperature up 420℃,and the oil will crack into diesel but not lube oil.

5.Why we need add chemical ?what function of our chemical?

Because waste oil is acidic, we add alcaline chemical to neutralize waste oil`s acidity, If we don`t add chemical waste oil will crack into diesel after 300℃ under high vacuum (our highest vacuum degree is -0.1MPA,this is ultimate vacuum already),this chemical not only can neutralize the waste oil acidity but also can delay cack temperature even 360℃ under high vacuum, then we can distill all oil out, specially final high viscosity lube oil such as SN500,can improve the recover rate. If the waste temperature is under 320℃, we can not distill the heavy lube out,there still has a lot of waste oil mix with residue.

6.What kind of heating system is installed in YJ-TY?

Customer can choose electricity, diesel,natural gas,even coal as the heating materials.We design a special heating chamber for YJ-TY, this is not directly heating, we adopt the hot gas to make heating exchange with use oil, it can heat used oil to very high temperature with in shorter time than using a heating boiler, also can save the budget for purchase heating boiler.

7.How to deal with the residue?

The final residue is semi solid and can be processed for manufacturing asphalt, or briquette for burn, or blend with oil to make off-speck heavy fuel oil or to make greases for slow moving machines.

8.How to install YJ-TY? (After-sale service)

we will dispatch engineers Go to customers work site to supervise installation and provide training about 20-40days. We also provide turnkey project for customers. We will design factory layout for customer, help establish a workshop for customers including auxiliary facilities.

9.How long is warranty period?

we warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use service for a period of twelve (12) months after the start up of the system.
