High precision and heavy load industrial robot reducer

  • Large robot reducer is also called precision planetary gear reducer. It has a series of advantages such as light weight, large transmission ratio range, long service life, high accuracy, high efficiency, high load carrying capacity, stable transmission, high torsional rigidity, low starting torque, and customizability. It is specifically developed for use with state-of-the-art servo motor technology, providing tight integration of the motor to the unit. Design features include mounting any servo motors, standard low backlash, high torsional stiffness, 95 to 97% efficiency and quiet running.
  • It is available in nine sizes with reduction ratios from 3 to 2000 and output torque capacities up to 100000 Nm. The output can be provided with a solid shaft or ISO 9409-1 flange, for mounting to rotary or indexing tables, pinion gears, pulleys or other drive elements without the need for a coupling. For high precision applications, backlash levels down to 1 arc·min are available. Right-angle and input shaft versions of these reducers are also available. Typical applications for these reducers include precision rotary axis drives, traveling gantries and columns, material handling axis drives and electronic line shafting. Industries served include Material Handling, Automation, Aerospace, Machine Tool and Robotics. The compact design (currently the world’s highest torque and transmission accuracy compared with the same size reducer) allows it to be installed in limited spaces.

Design and Testing

Using finite element simulation analysis and virtual prototyping technology, systematic design is conducted for the tooth structure, tooth surface stress, bearing strength, and other indicators to ensure optimal theoretical design indicators. At the same time, a large amount of processing, trial production, and testing is performed to modify the theoretical design.
